About the Job
- Lead a high-performing account management team, guiding them with clear direction, coaching, and professional development.
- Develop and execute plans to drive business growth and member engagement through enhanced relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner functions, fostering strong connections and partnerships.
- Collaborate strategically with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver on state targets and enhance client service programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold organizational values in all activities.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leadership and account management experience within the superannuation or financial services sector.
- Experience motivating, leading, coaching, and managing high-performing account management teams.
- Ability to develop and implement successful account management and sales strategies, including building strong B2B relationships.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a history of driving business growth.
- Knowledge of industrial relations environments and superannuation issues (e.g. State/Federal Awards and EBAs).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired).
- RG 146 compliant.
