Operations Manager

We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as an Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-potential individual with strong people and transformational skills to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the State Leadership Team, delivering strong business performance through the implementation of strategic plans in line with our objectives. They will ensure operational excellence by leading, coaching, and influencing a team of six Group Managers across 65 supermarkets.

This role involves making data-led decisions, building a team of inspiring leaders, and supporting zone leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have proven multi-site capability at large regional operations management level, a transformational approach, and extensive retail operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:
