Digital Account Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Account Manager to contribute to the growth of our dynamic, market-leading platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maximising digital revenue, developing new clients, and building retention strategies across key markets.

  1. Maximise digital revenue across all products, including streaming, podcasts, social media, and video.
  2. Develop and execute effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to develop multi-platform advertising solutions.
  4. Evaluate and improve performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients.
  6. Represent the company among clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in media sales or a client-focused role.
  • Established client/agency relationships in key markets.
  • A high-level understanding of the media landscape and programmatic transactions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • SUPERIOR presentation skills and solution-focused communication abilities.
