Farming Operations Manager

Manage daily operations at our farm, including bird movements, manure removal and shed maintenance. Lead a team of technicians to ensure effective task implementation and adherence to company policies.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate daily activities across multiple sites to ensure timely completion and compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing WHS protocols.
- Build and lead teams to meet farming requirements, providing necessary training and resources.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Logistics or Project Management.
- 5+ years' experience in management, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of WHS protocols and project delivery skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
