Assistant Farm Manager Role Summary

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Assistant Farm Manager to join our poultry operations in Western Sydney and the ACT.

This role involves supporting the Farm Manager in overseeing daily farm activities, ensuring high-quality animal welfare, and promoting a safe and productive company culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Farm Manager in operating farm resources and machinery.
  • Monitoring animal welfare and production quality.
  • Coordinating roster systems with the Farm Manager to ensure efficient alarm monitoring (on-call every 2nd weekend).

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A strong passion for poultry and animal welfare.
  • Leadership skills and self-management capabilities.
  • A solid understanding of OH&S requirements.
