**THE FARM & COMPANY**

This newly acquired property adds further size and strength to a series of well-established properties owned by this privately owned company throughout the Southern Tablelands. Covering approx. 4,500 acres (1,800Ha) the latest property to join the stable is perfectly located in the middle of the 'golden triangle' between Cootamundra and Young, allowing for robust and reliable mixed livestock and cropping operations year-on-year.

A beautiful farm it is known for producing record breaking crops and the plan is to stock it with A1 genetics via 4,000-5,000 Primeline Lambpro ewes for high value lamb fattening and provide a constant turnover of Angus steer calves to grow out from their other properties. The company is committed to producing high-quality livestock and adhere to sustainable agricultural practices.

As Farm Manager of you will hold the reins of overall management and report to the General Manager.

This is certainly a role suitable for an experienced hands-on Farm/Livestock Manager with runs on the board who is ready to take the next major step in their career in an expanding and progressive private company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and drive all livestock operations, ensuring animal health and production efficiencies.
- Control all cropping operations to ensuring flawless execution of annual plans.
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment for the cropping enterprise.
- Maintain the farm to high standards incl. infrastructure, plant and equipment.
- Lead, train and collaborate with your farm team, ensuring all members understand and adhere to relevant OH&S policies.
- Effective and timely communication both directly to the General Manager and via reports and documentation as required.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Extensive management experience in livestock and cropping operations.
- Tech savvy and strong record keeping skills for livestock and cropping (e.g. AgriWebb, AgWorld).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills, able to maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work unsupervised and show initiative.
- Own working dogs (essential).
- Heavy Vehicle Driver's License (or willingness to obtain)
