Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management

The Farm Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies for the farm's workforce and contractors.

Grazing Management Systems

This individual will design and implement efficient grazing management systems to optimize pasture utilization and animal performance.

Ecological Projects

The Farm Operations Manager will initiate and manage projects to enhance the ecological and aesthetic value of the farm's landscape.

Infrastructure Development

This person will coordinate and oversee infrastructure upgrades and developments to improve farm operations and productivity.

Requirements:

A tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Agribusiness, excellent communication skills, experience with farm software and Microsoft Suite, and a valid driver's license are required for this role.
