Your Role
  • Lead your section and ensure smooth kitchen operations according to hotel standards
  • Support menu development, kitchen organisation, and team leadership as part of our senior chef team
  • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance with industry regulations
  • Manage stock levels, control costs, and minimise waste
  • Train and inspire junior chefs in their culinary development
  • Collaborate with F&B and other departments for seamless guest experiences
What We're Looking For
  • Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery from a registered provider
  • Previous experience in a hotel or busy restaurant kitchen with shift leadership responsibility
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • A team player thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Australian working rights essential
