Job Title: Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality food products in accordance with established standards.
  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires promptly.
  • Prepare sauces, soups, and hot dishes for service and special functions.
  • Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge and adhere to standard recipes.
  • Monitor food quality and quantity as it relates to portion control.
  • Ensure proper storage techniques and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Requisition the appropriate amount of food product in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Complete work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team.
  • Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge regarding food products.
  • Comply with all established operational policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Executive Chef/Sous Chef.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
