Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and optimize service delivery across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key intermodal customer relationships with a major logistics provider.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customer and operations teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead customer meetings, reporting, and presentations to ensure strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Drive revenue analysis and profitability across accounts, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure accurate billing and follow up on invoicing.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues or carrier performance gaps.
  • Comply with safety standards and WHS obligations.

Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain operations and account management.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P&L, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
