About the Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM and analytics tools to drive business success.
  • You will configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support sales and marketing processes.
  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver real-time business insights.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with marketing platforms, websites, and other systems for seamless data flow.
  • Automate processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across the CRM.
  • Provide user training, support, and documentation for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – configuration, workflows, automation, and customisation.
  • Strong Power BI skills – data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation.
  • Understanding of data integration tools (Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, or SQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
