Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of customers in Agribusiness by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of each customer's business and financial needs, applying a customer-centric approach to support their business goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth through acquisition, increase share of wallet and referrals, while utilizing valuable insights and data to understand and anticipate customer needs.
As part of this role, you will collaborate with product partners and stakeholders to fulfill customer needs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. If you have prior experience in frontline commercial banking roles and commercial lending, possess strong communication skills, and are able to assess a customer's credit obligations considering qualitative and quantitative factors, we encourage you to apply for this challenging position.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Prior experience in frontline commercial banking roles and commercial lending
- Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively
- Ability to assess a customer's credit obligations considering qualitative and quantitative factors
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, customer documentation, banking transactions, and communications
- Familiarity with risk management concepts, especially in credit, market, and operational risk
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML
- Preferred agricultural industry experience and awareness
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Ag Science/Economics
