The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to join our team on a full-time, contract basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Centre, providing exceptional care and education to our children, and fostering a positive and inclusive community for our families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Centre team to deliver high-quality education and care services
  • Develop and implement programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Ensure compliance with Child Safe Standards and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive business growth and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood Education
  • Valid Blue Card
  • Current First Aid or CPR Certificate
  • Child protection Training or willingness to obtain
  • Child Safe Standards Knowledge
  • Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain
