Senior Manager, Transaction Monitoring Product Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Transaction Monitoring Product Management team within Financial Crime. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of our global Transaction Monitoring Product Management (TMP) and leading a team of Financial Crime professionals to achieve this objective.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Transaction Monitoring Product Management team to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the TMP.
- Work closely with Operations and Financial Crime Compliance teams to meet the objective of the TMP.
- Develop and maintain the TM risk framework and documentation, including methodologies and traceability of detection scenarios to products, channels, typologies, etc.
- Continually assess the existing TMP against global best practice and identify improvement opportunities in existing design and implementation.
- Assist in reviewing and assessing existing TMP controls, governance, rule testing, training, KPIs, and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement.
- At least 5 years of banking, consulting, legal, or Government Transaction Monitoring L2 Risk experience.
- Demonstratable knowledge of AML/CTF and other financial crime legislation, including key challenges, risks, trends, and regulatory environment.
- Strong operational experience and demonstrated ability to develop and enhance solid processes and controls.
- Broad understanding of bank products and processes, systems.
- Commercial acumen and experience dealing with and managing senior business stakeholders.
