About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Transaction and Account Management team at Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the settlement of new transactions, implementing process and system solutions for effective management, monitoring, and reporting through to maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the settlement of new transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Implement process and system solutions for effective management, monitoring, and reporting through to maturity
  • Review and manage transaction lifecycles, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal risk
  • Provide monthly portfolio reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain key relationships across origination, legal, risk, and support teams, ensuring collaborative and effective communication

Requirements

  • Previous experience in loan operations or financial services, with a strong understanding of transaction management and process improvement
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, working to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with Loan IQ and Oracle Lease Management, with a strong understanding of system functionality and process integration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
