Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transaction Manager to join our team at Macquarie. As a key member of our Commodities and Global Markets division, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the settlement of new transactions.

As a Senior Financial Services Professional, you will be responsible for implementing process and system solutions for effective management, monitoring, and reporting through to maturity. Your strong passion for problem-solving will enable you to continuously seek process improvements and serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring premium service and smooth transaction settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the settlement of new transactions
  • Implement process and system solutions for effective management, monitoring, and reporting
  • Continuously seek process improvements and optimize transaction lifecycles
  • Provide exceptional client service and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in loan operations or financial services
  • Ability to collaborate across the team and work to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with Loan IQ and Oracle Lease Management
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
