About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Everyday Business Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product management of Corporate transactional products for relationship managed large businesses, including State Governments and related entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a defined product strategic roadmap to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and initiatives, monitor and drive product performance, and meet key regulatory, operational risk, and product governance requirements.
  • Lead and influence without direct authority, leveraging your domain and industry knowledge, thought leadership, and strategic mindset to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle.
  • Work with the broader squad to deliver customer and strategic outcomes that align with the Crew OKRs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial services, product management, and/or process improvement.
  • Experience in working with different technological and system teams to uplift or build new capabilities.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a risk mindset.
