Senior Product Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team at Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our Deposit and Transactions Crew, you will be responsible for the development of Virtual Accounts capability and ensuring its configuration with our deposit product suite.

This is a leading initiative to uplift our transactional banking capability and drive growth from meeting new customer needs. You will work closely with our broader squad to deliver customer and strategic outcomes that align with our OKRs.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will leverage your domain and industry knowledge, thought leadership, and strategic mindset to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle, including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk, and product governance requirements, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, product management, and/or process improvement. You will have a proven track record of leading and executing a defined product strategic roadmap, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a product strategic roadmap

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions
  • Monitoring and driving product performance
