Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting NDIS participants in negotiating with service providers, coordinating services, monitoring plan progress, and ensuring their NDIS plans are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases and provide technical support to NDIS participants
  • Negotiate with service providers to ensure effective plan implementation
  • Monitor plan progress and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Experience in case management and technical support
  • A proactive and client-centered mindset
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
