**About the Company**

Our client is an established trade services supplier to residential and commercial customers, and they have been providing exceptional customer service for many years. They are currently seeking a permanent coordinator for their busy service and installations department.

**About the Role**

Your duties will be varied and may include:

- Maintaining service schedules between customers and technicians
- Placing stock orders
- Opening and closing jobs for subcontractors in the database
- Invoicing closed jobs, matching purchase orders and monitoring payments
- Assisting technicians to ensure that all paperwork is submitted correctly
- Communicating with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will be an outgoing, positive and energetic individual with a "can do" attitude. You will have exceptional communication skills, patience and the ability to build relationships both internally and
externally.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar environment, with scheduling experience.
