APAC Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide strategic HR support to the APAC business, encompassing performance management, employee relations, talent management, and onboarding.

This key role within our Global People Function reports directly into the Head of International HR.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality HR services to the APAC business, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
  • Develop and implement localized people strategies for the APAC business.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS THE APAC BUSINESS, INCLUDING PARTNERS AND SENIOR LEADERS.
  • Design and execute training programs to educate and upskill employees on best practices and ways of working.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the APAC locations and the broader People team based in the UK.

Essential Qualifications
  • Significant experience within HR, preferably in a Business Partner or Generalist role.
  • Proven track record working with APAC professional services firms and/or Partnerships.
  • Thorough understanding of local labor law requirements and employee relations principles.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, enabling effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently with a strong initiative drive.
