Regional People Leader

This is a strategic role that oversees the APAC region's people plan, ensuring effective workforce planning and management.

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people plan for the APAC region, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  2. Strategic workforce planning across multiple countries, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes and support organizational growth.
  4. Lead and manage HR operations teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  5. Partner with leadership to drive culture transformation, engagement, and recognition initiatives.

Key qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in human resources, preferably in an international role.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic workforce planning and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance commercial and HR considerations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
