This role presents an opportunity to lead HR operations across multiple sites in the Northern Region, providing strong business partnership and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing leadership capability among regional and site leaders to drive performance improvement.
  • Providing day-to-day HR support: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment.
  • Supporting organisational transformation, change management, and culture initiatives.
  • Coaching operational leaders and frontline managers on effective people management practices.
  • Engaging with employment agreements and industrial relations matters as required, with guidance from an experienced General Manager – Human Resources.
