Job Title: Regional HR Project Lead

Job Description:

This role involves leading the execution of strategic initiatives across Asia Pacific, focusing on colleague experience and talent development. Key responsibilities include translating business goals into actionable project plans and deliverables, partnering with senior stakeholders to support change management and operational excellence, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring consistent delivery of regional programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute key talent and colleague experience initiatives across APAC.
  • Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to drive change management and operational excellence.
  • Manage risks and track progress of regional programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR, project management, consulting, or talent program delivery.
  • Proven experience working at a regional level in a complex organization.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • HR data analytics experience or strong analytical skills.
  • Flexible and open-minded approach with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
