Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

The role of a Senior Project Coordinator at an esteemed construction firm is to oversee the efficient delivery of projects from inception to completion. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety management plans to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and control project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project coordination, including schedule development and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication, including client liaison and team collaboration.
  • Safety management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Quality assurance and control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and ACONEX.
