As a Compliance Advisory Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing compliance frameworks and policies that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver expert advisory services on regulatory compliance, focusing on superannuation, investments, financial advice, administration, and insurance broking.
- Support the development of comprehensive compliance frameworks and policies, as well as processes that enable us to effectively manage compliance risks.
- Manage obligations for the organisation, including maintaining an up-to-date obligations library.
- Evaluate compliance practices and provide advisory support to ensure adherence to organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee licensing and authorisations of entities within the financial services and trustee sectors.
- Experienced compliance professional with a background in regulatory compliance or legal areas.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislative requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior executives and Board stakeholders.
- Capacity to provide pragmatic and strategic advice that drives business outcomes.
