  • Develop, Implement and Maintain Compliance Framework:

    ">

    As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework to ensure GROW Inc meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

    ">

  • Lead Compliance Team:

    ">

    You will provide strategic leadership to the compliance team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to fulfill their responsibilities.

    ">

  • Monitor Regulations:

    ">

    You will monitor and interpret regulations and industry standards as they apply to GROW Inc.

    ">

  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships:

    ">

    Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and key client stakeholders regarding key compliance matters.

    ">

  • Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:

    ">

    Establish and manage a compliance monitoring and reporting system to ensure adherence to all compliance obligations, including mapping of compliance obligations to controls.

    ">

  • Maintain AFS Licence:

    ">

    Ensure GROW's AFS licence is maintained and arrangements are in place with authorized representatives.

    ">

  • Assess Compliance Risks:

    ">

    Assess potential compliance risks and develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

    ">

  • Compliance Training:

    ">

    Work with relevant teams to develop and conduct a compliance training program to ensure awareness and understanding of GROW's compliance obligations.

    ">

  • Update Compliance Policies:

    ">

    Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and manuals to reflect any changes in regulations, legislation, or industry standards.

    ">

  • Investigations and Audits:

    ">

    Oversee investigations related to compliance breaches or concerns and prepare comprehensive reports for relevant parties.

    ">

  • Culture of Compliance:

    ">

    Foster a culture of compliance throughout GROW Inc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">

  • Education:

    ">

    Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field; master's degree or relevant professional certification preferred.

    ">

  • Experience:

    ">

    Experience working in the superannuation (preferred), managed funds (nice to have) and financial services industry (must have).

    ">

  • Knowledge:

    ">

    Strong understanding of Australian financial services regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations.

    ">

  • Skills:

    ">

    Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies and frameworks, previous experience in a leadership role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ">

  • Other Requirements:

    ">

    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
