About the Casper Test

Casper is an online situational judgment test that evaluates social intelligence and professionalism. It complements existing admissions tools, reducing bias and contributing to a fair and equitable process.

Opportunity & Impact

You'll directly impact applicants' future by rating their responses to the Casper test. Your work will help level the playing field in Higher Education admissions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage virtual onboarding and implicit bias training to rate test responses.
  • Analytically assign scores by comparing applicant responses to the overall pool.
  • Work 100% remotely and at your own pace.
  • Provide feedback to improve our tests, platforms, and content.
  • Participate in ongoing refresher training.

This casual contractor position provides supplemental income, earning you $30-35/hour when test responses are available. You'll have access to a quarterly testing schedule, allowing flexibility to choose when to work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Reside in Australia.
  • Native / Bilingual Proficiency in English language.
  • Knowledge and experience of Australian culture.
  • Strong alignment with the mission of helping students succeed.
  • Empathetic and analytical mindset.
  • Comfort working with technology.
  • Possess a desktop/laptop computer for work purposes.
  • No plans to pursue higher education.

  2. Invitation to Become a Rater: Receive an invitation to our online rating platform within 2-4 business days.
