**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the Cm3 Assessment Team Manager, the Cm3 Assessor will completion contractor WHSE Risk Reviews (Assessments) for Cm3 clients as well as provide coaching and support in the areas of workplace health, safety and environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in operations and safety management
- Ability to assess the WHSE capability of contractors based on their submitted WHS Risk Review responses.
- Meet minimum target of assigned new assessments per week.
- Review all Cm3 assessment resubmissions within a specified timeframe.
- The ability to coach and influence contractors through the assessment process by phone.
- Other key responsibilities include:

- The ability to comply with internal Quality and WHSE processes procedures.
- Managing your own time within a flexible work arrangement.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy home based workplace in accordance with our guidelines.
- Participation in team forums, research and development, surveys, trials of new product and processes.

**ABOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role, here's what we need:

- A motivated self-starter, able to work independently from home as well as collaborate online with team mates.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice in the areas of WHS and Environment Management.
- Demonstrated ability and practical experience in operational safety management.
- Ability to conduct WHSE assessments, evaluate evidence and report on outcomes.
- Ability to resolve problems, opportunities and manage contractor issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others to achieve collective goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels
- Strong literacy skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement with a desire to achieve best practice outcomes
