Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records using Pronto software.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports for management and assist with reconciliation activities.
  • Aid the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to billing inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Pronto software is essential.
  • Desire to work full-time in-office to support team operations.
  • Mature approach, high attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
