We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in our operations. This position involves the progression and management of end-to-end repair processes, requiring effective communication and liaison between customers, insurers, and a network of trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned claim portfolios efficiently
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including assessors, trades, customers, and insurers
  • Liaise with customers and trades to coordinate repairs
  • Review reports from internal assessors and trades, collate information for customers' insurers
  • Confirm scope of works with customers, schedule repairs with priority
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with all stakeholders regarding repairs
  • Support complaint management according to company processes and timelines
  • Achieve first call resolution for inbound calls whenever possible
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service or property management/repair environments is essential
  • Knowledge of property repair industry practices is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with trades and customers
  • Strong communication skills to convey and interpret technical information accurately
  • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills to explore opportunities and reach agreements
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive and resilient mindset combined with a commitment to self-development
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
  • Familiarity with general insurance products and principles is an asset
