About the Role:

This is an exciting, fast-paced, office-based role, where we will provide training to enable you to play a key part in scheduling and managing repairs while coordinating the Make Safe and repair process.

Take the first step in a career path in building supervision; ACG will help you grow by providing the opportunity to obtain your Cert IV in Building & Construction to become a licensed building supervisor.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • This is primarily a coordinator position focused on communication, organisation, and problem-solving whilst undertaking supervision of small value, non-complex insurance repairs.
  • Work alongside an experienced team of Supervisors and Coordinators.
  • Liaise with customers and trades over the phone to coordinate repairs.
  • Review reports for insurers, ensuring clarity and accuracy in written and visual documentation (e.g. photos).
  • Work closely with trades to ensure the required works are completed to a high standard.
  • Coordinate repairs and review reports before submitting them to our Submissions Team for client processing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in insurance, trades, or carpentry is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic IT knowledge— Training on all systems is provided.
  • A keen eye for detail and good communication skills.
  • A proactive and organised mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive can-do attitude
