Job Role

The Technology Parts and Repairs Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for managing the repair process of technology components, from receipt to dispatch.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end repair cycle to ensure efficient turnaround times.
  • Adhere to established guidelines for customer communication and feedback throughout the repair process.
  • Collaborate with the technology WIP coordinator to enhance warehousing and staging efficiency.
  • Manage the repair work order cycle, including follow-up on purchasing documentation and timely closeout of work in progress.
  • Monitor and report on the status of all repairs from initial receipt through to final dispatch to clients.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in stores/warehouse receiving, processing, and dispatch.
  • Forklift License (desired).
