Overview: HomeRepair is a residential repair and make-safe service provider for insurance claims. Our primary focus is on delivering custom fit experiences and efficient building repair solutions.
We are expanding into the Perth area, requiring a locally based team to support claim management and repairs. Specialising in lower complexity, high volume residential insurance repairs and emergency call outs, our goal is on providing high quality solutions for customers and trade partners.
Our team members enjoy flexibility in working from both office and home environments. We also offer occasional travel opportunities, such as training sessions.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end repair management. It serves as a liaison between customers, their insurer and a network of trades to schedule repairs within the Perth region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage assigned claim portfolios
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Assessors, trades, customers and insurers
  • Liaise with customers and trades
  • Review reports submitted by internal Assessors and trades and collate for customers' insurers
  • Confirm scope of works with customers, schedule repairs with priority
  • Proactively communicate clear information on repairs to stakeholders
  • Support complaint management in line with company processes and timeframes

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience or property management/repair environment background
  • Knowledge of property repair industry and current practices (advantageous)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with trades and customers
  • Advanced communication skills with technical information conveyance and interpretation
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills, exploring opportunities for agreement
  • Time management and prioritisation skills, proactive mindset and resiliency
