About the role

You'll manage service and repair jobs from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll prepare quotes, coordinate parts ordering, and keep both customers and workshop staff informed.

We encourage applications from people with experience in automotive, mechanical, smash/body repair, HVAC, or similar trades.

Key responsibilities:
  • Be the main contact for customers throughout the service and repair process
  • Prepare labour and parts quotations for jobs including mechanical repairs, smash/body repairs, HVAC installations, and general servicing
  • Order parts, consumables, and materials
  • Liaise with workshop staff and customers to confirm job details and provide progress updates
  • Check completed work for quality and profitability before sign-off
What you bring:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in quoting and managing repair or service jobs involving parts and labour — ideally within mechanical, smash/body repair, HVAC, or related industries
  • Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with computers and quick adaptation to new software
