We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager and Supervisor to join our team at Hospoworld Resourcing. Our client is a leading force in the East Coast hospitality industry, renowned for their extensive network of venues throughout Brisbane and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a robust service background, a profound understanding of the industry, and a passion for wine and comprehensive wine knowledge. They will be responsible for leading large teams (30+) to deliver excellence in service, managing high-volume venues, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Front of House staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards and increase revenue
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and waste
