Civil Contractors Quality Representative: A Critical Role in Road Infrastructure Development

Join our team as a Civil Contractors Quality Representative (CQR / PSR) and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of road infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and regional Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in quality assurance to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough site inspections throughout all phases of infrastructure projects to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  2. Provide expert advice to project clients on delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing project delays.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working on TMR Projects or as a Civil Site Engineer with a focus on Quality Assurance.
  • Deep understanding of TMR Policies & Procedures, ensuring seamless project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal education in Civil Studies or Industry Accreditations such as a Bachelor of Civil Technology or Diploma of Civil Engineering.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, valid work rights in Australia, a driver's license, and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality results and maintaining excellent safety standards.
