Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team. This role involves providing strategic financial analysis and data-driven insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and align with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial results and management reports to stakeholders.
  • Refine and manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to contribute to best practices.
  • Conduct cost, pricing, and performance analyses to support business planning and commercial opportunity evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Xero, MS Excel, and Tableau.
  • The ability to lead teams and ensure robust financial processes.
  • Experience in developing business cases and a solid grasp of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • A CPA or CA qualification (preferred but not required).

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
