Overview

As a leading multi-beverage organisation, Asahi Beverages is committed to creating a culture of excellence, innovation, and diversity. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Planning Manager to join our Group Finance team and support our financial operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead our demand planning process for Independents, oversee weekly calls, and manage balance sheet reconciliation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing support in annual sales budget process and monthly forecasting processes, as well as conducting performance analysis and reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, including sales budgets and cash flow projections.
  • Lead the demand planning process for Independents, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee weekly call process for Independents, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support discretionary investment strategy and optimisation, leveraging commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior analyst or finance manager, preferably in FMCG or retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage broad and diverse internal stakeholder groups, including sales teams and external partners.
  • High level of presentation and influencing skills, with experience in presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Candidate must possess CPA/CA qualification or equivalent.
