Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at PowerData Group Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
ResponsibilitiesBelow are the key responsibilities for this position:
Strategy Development- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and maximize organic reach.
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content for blogs, articles, social media posts, emails, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand messaging.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
