Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute delivery plans, outlining project scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
  • Efficiently manage resources, including task assignment to teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery and uphold project momentum.
  • Proactively identify and address risks, devising contingency plans when necessary.
  • Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to maintain alignment with delivery goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to teams to enhance their capabilities and support their tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders, engineers, support functions, trading teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and performance metrics for senior management review.

Additional Requirements:

  • Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
  • Uphold and promote the company's core values.
  • Ensure compliance with exchange regulations, rules, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager or delivery manager.
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a proprietary trading firm.
  • Background in software development.
