Job Summary

Firesoft People is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead to collaborate closely with team leaders, engineers, support functions, and trading teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be entrusted with the successful delivery of technical products and services to our internal business clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate project scoping, defining business benefits, estimating project effort/time, negotiating priorities across the organization, and establishing delivery team priorities.
  • Play a critical role in identifying and resolving obstacles, advocating for agile methodologies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and efficacy.
  • Formulate and execute delivery plans, outlining project scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
  • Efficiently manage resources, including task assignment to teams.
  • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to maintain alignment with delivery goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to teams to enhance their capabilities and support their tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders, engineers, support functions, trading teams, and key stakeholders.

Additional Requirements

  • Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
  • Uphold and promote the company's core values.
  • Ensure compliance with exchange regulations, rules, and company policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager or delivery manager.
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, Firesoft People offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
