Job Title: Strategic Account Executive
Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to lead sales efforts across the region. This role requires building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across a diverse product range.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed targets and expand market presence.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct regular in-field market analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and evaluate the competitive landscape.
- Customer Relationship Management: Engage with clients through scheduled visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Promote solutions with a consultative approach that builds long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales initiatives align with company objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Showcase products, strengthen brand visibility, and foster new business relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years' proven success in a sales role, preferably within the industry or related sector.
- Excellent Communication Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confidence to present, negotiate, and influence effectively.
- Customer-Focused Approach: Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to analyse sales data, monitor market trends, and assess competitive activity.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Highly driven and results-focused, with ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a proactive approach.
