Job Description

We are seeking a strategic account executive to join our team and drive sales revenue and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers, developing business opportunities that meet client needs, and managing sales performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk and maintain key customer accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and maintain current sales revenue and margins.
  • Prepare sales contracts, estimates, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise selling efficiencies.

  • A degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse customer satisfaction data and develop corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of contracting and tendering procedures.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and rapport-building skills.
