Job Title: Transport Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Transport Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for managing daily company activities, services, and accounts to ensure efficient operation of the business.

Your primary focus will be on administering customer invoicing (internal and external customers) and purchase orders. You will also provide timely and exceptional customer service, manage and process system data input of daily transport and storage operations, and work closely with Transport and Warehouse Supervisors.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as experience with Transport Management System (specifically Translogix) and Microsoft Office. A good knowledge of the transport industry, materials handling, and warehousing is also essential.

You will prioritize tasks and time management effectively to meet weekly/monthly costing and accuracy KPI targets. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical in achieving these objectives.

Please note that this role requires Work Authorisation in Australia and the ability to travel to and from work using your own transport, as public transport may be limited.
