We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Process orders, generate reports, and hand over tasks to production teams and stakeholders;">
  • Book couriers online or via phone calls, follow up on bookings, and resolve delivery issues;">
  • Conduct daily reporting and close out processes;">
  • Identify and resolve problems with deliveries, including incomplete addresses, non-deliveries, driver allocations, and delivery locations;">
  • Manage interstate freight allocation, send spreadsheets, follow up on returns, and solve any issues that arise;">
  • Order and receive stock; and">
  • Interact with courier drivers throughout the day for pick-ups and dispatches.">

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail;">
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency;">
  • Intermediate Excel experience;">
  • SAP experience is desirable but not essential;">
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.">
