Job Title: Transport Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, coordinating the movement of products and stock within our Customer Service Centre.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the transportation of products in and out of the Customer Service Centre
  • Assisting in stock allocation and managing stock movements
  • Booking transport with preferred providers and raising Transportation Plans of Action
  • Completing accurate and timely data entry for stock movements
  • Assisting in stock-takes and inventory management

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and transportation, and has a keen eye for detail. You will have strong communication and time management skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

What We Are Looking For
  • A Certificate IV in Business Administration/Logistics (or equivalent)
  • Strong administration experience, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
