Job Description:This exciting opportunity is based at our Samford store in North Brisbane, where you will lead the meat department team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Meat Department Lead, your responsibilities will include managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, and completing stock takes. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality products.
- Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential)
- Fresh food retail knowledge is desirable
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A flair for merchandising
