We are seeking an experienced and passionate Meat Assistant Manager to lead our Samford store's meat department in North Brisbane.
This exciting role involves managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, conducting stock takes, and more. Reporting directly to the Meat Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting a positive work culture among team members, fostering collaboration and motivation.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive outstanding shopping experiences.
- Optimizing operational efficiency, minimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies, driving sales growth and increasing brand visibility.
- Mentoring and coaching team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- An Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential).
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to liaise with both team members and management effectively.
The successful candidate will receive:
- A competitive $60,000 - $70,000 per annum salary package.
