Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Presales Consultant who will partner with our customer-facing teams to sell Provenir's risk-decisioning platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience working with sales teams, either for a software vendor or consulting, and a minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry within decisioning. The successful candidate will be based in Sydney or Melbourne and will be required to travel on a short-term basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer discovery to elicit needs, issues, and pain points.
  • Create compelling story-telling demonstrations and presentations of the Provenir offering to address the customer's challenges.
  • Articulate the benefits and the potential value of the proposed solution to the customer.
  • Support the sales cycle as required, including Q&A sessions and workshops.
  • Contribute to answering customer RFPs and coordinate subject matter experts company-wide.
  • Build and nurture technical relationships with counterparts on the client side.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience in working with sales teams.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry within decisioning.
  • Knowledge of credit risk, AI/machine learning, fraud risk/financial crimes prevention, and business analytics.
  • Experience working in banks is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related major.
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience working with and building trust with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
